One of my favorite movies is It's a Wonderful Life. It brings up so many ideas of Christmas and tradition.

I know it is NOT the holiday season, but I want you to see how easy it is to imagine & feel the traditions around the holidays when you see or think about this classic movie.

Interestingly enough, when the film It's A Wonderful Life was released, it was a total flop. In fact, the director was humiliated and criticized. However, now it's one of the most trustworthy traditions that families have around Christmas. It's a movie that brings expectations of finding something comforting, always trusting that it will happen.

See, this is where familiarity steps in and speaks the language of comfort to your customers. When you speak the language of trust you speak to your clients or your customers with a consistent reliability that maintains expectations and your clients thrive on being loyal to you and worthy of your business.

To differentiate and use the language of trust, you must look at how your business offers three things:

  1. Stability
  2. Dependability
  3. Predictability
