How Much Do You Love Online Shopping with Amazon?

I'm not sure about you, but where I live in the middle of wine country, shopping with Amazon is essential.
I place my order online, manage my shipments, track them and know when they're going to be here, which allows me to measure and manage my shopping in a different way.
But as Peter Drucker famously said, "what gets measured gets managed." When details and data are at the forefront, behaviors change and data can make people more likely to take action.
Why do I trust Amazon so much? Because every single time I order with them, I can manage the order by seeing when the order was placed, when it will arrive, and the tracking number to be able to understand when and how it's arriving.
These are all principles that work towards alert.
The language of alert is clean, simple, and categorical.
It helps deliver details in an organized way - much like a surgeon's checklist. Instead of being warm and fuzzy and worried about emotion or worried about being creative and innovative, it's about following the rules and persuading its clients with details and deadlines. These brands that focus on alert, communicate in a structured way.
They also can alert through the fascination language of not just including details, but also encouraging urgency. For example, there's a limited quantity which is scarcity. Act now urgency or lose opportunity consequence.
Messages of alert are much more focused on organization details, precision and efficiency.
An alert brand is not random or emotional but focused on delivering data and explaining what the end-user needs to do with that data. This fascination language is always crystal clear.
